Chocolate Cream Layer Dessert

1st layer: 1 C. Flour
½ C. Butter
2 T. Sugar
Mix and press into a 9X13 pan. Bake for 15 min at 350°. Cool.

2nd layer: 8 oz. Cream cheese
1 C. Coolwhip
1 C. Powder sugar
Beat until fluffy and then spread over crust.

3rd layer: lg. package Instant chocolate pudding
Mix as directed and spread on top of 2nd layer.

4th layer: Top with coolwhip and chill for 4 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate just before serving.
