Pico de gallo

9 medium tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 squeezed lemon
1 bunch of cilantro
1 jalapeno without seeds
salt to taste

Combine in a bowl: chopped tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeno. Squeeze lemon and add salt to taste. Add anything else you might like; This is my favorite combination. This recipe also works to seal in cans.
