Egg Rolls

1lb ground chicken breast
1 C chopped onion
1C greeen onion (chopped)
1/2 head cabbage chopped(I used 1/2 a bag already shredded from Winco)
2 carrotts finely shredded
egg roll wrappers
vegetable oil for frying

Make flour glue (1/4 C flour in a pan with a small amount of water, slightly heated, till a gooey paste is made.) In a pan on the stove, brown ground chicken, with chopped onion (not green onion) in a small amount of oil. Set aside to cool. Heat some oil in a frying pan, stir fry cabbage, carrotts, and green onion, for 2 minutes. Combine chicken with vegetables, place 2 Tbs of mixture on an egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly, folding the ends in as you go. Using your finger, spread a little bit of glue on the last corner and finish rolling. Deep fry 350 degrees, until golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
