I was inspired by another recipe, but didn't really follow an exact recipe so this is my version. Feel free to add/change anything you want....
1/2 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. sour cream
1 small can green chilies
1/2 C. fiesta blend cheese
2 chopped green onions
1 C. shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato
Brown hamburger, set aside. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning and spread in the bottom of any dish you want (9 x 9 or so worked well for me). Layer hamburger on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread green chilies over hamburger, sprinkle cheese then green onions, then lettuce, then tomatoes.
Eat with tortilla chips as an appetizer or as a main dish.
