4-5 chicken breasts cut into small chunks
corn starch
eggs, beaten
oil
Dip chicken into cornstarch first, then into eggs and fry in oil. When done, place in a cake pan. Pour the following sweet and sour sauce over top.
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chicken broth
1 Tbs. soy sauce
3/8 c. vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Accent Salt
Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over rice. I double the sauce because we like extra. If your sauce doesn't thicken on it own you can mix in a litte corn starch and water while it is cooking and it will thicken as it cooks.
