Beef Burgenion



6 slices bacon
2 lb. lean sirloin- cubed or thinly sliced
2-3 cloves of garlic or 1 tsp garlic salt
1 Bay leaf
1 Tbs. Parsley or 1 and 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
3 cans Beef Consume


1. Brown Bacon- remove from pan and crumble
2. Brown meat in bacon grease
3. add garlic, parsley and bay leaf while browning
4. Remove from Pan
5. In another Bowl, melt butter and add flour, whisk together, add to pan
6. Whisk in Beef consume
7. Add meat and bacon
8. Cover and Bake in Oven Safe pot at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or 300 for 2 hours
9. Serve over noodles or rice
