Sweet and Sour Tomato Salad

7 ripe tomatoes
1 small yellow onion
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. White Distilled Vinegar
1/2 C. Vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Thinly slice tomatoes and onions place in bowl. Place sugar, vinegar, and oil in blender. Blend until smooth and toss with tomatoes and onions. Serve at room temperature.
