Mix together
1 c. applesauce
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
then add:
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
3 oz instant vanilla pudding
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes in a 8x8 pan.
