Ramen Noodle Salad

2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/4 C. Sesame Seeds
1 C. Slivered Almonds
2 Pkg. Ramen Noodles
1 Large Nappa Cabbage
1 Large Onion or 8 Green Onions
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts

6 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 C. Sugar
1 Teasp. Salt
3/4 C. Vegetable Oil

In small skillet, brown sesame seeds and almonds in oil. Drain. Set aside. Mix Dressing until sugar is dissolved.

In a large bowl break up cabbage and ramen noodles. Add remaining ingredients. Add dressing 1 hour before serving.
