Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

Crumbled Bacon
Mandarin Oranges
Red Onions
Swiss Cheese
(these ingredients are according to your taste and preference).
Caramelized Almonds:
½ C of Sliced Almonds
3 T of Sugar
Cook in frying pan on low heat until the almonds have caramelized (I get impatient and add just enough water to make it work..then break them up)
¼ C Sugar
2 tsp. Dried Mustard Powder
2/3 C vinegar
2 tsp. Salt
2 C Oil
1 T Poppie Seeds
Place sugar, mustard, vinegar, & salt in blender and begin mixing. Slowly add the oil and poppie seeds.
