Cut 1 head of iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges
Top each wedge with :
bacon crumbles
candied pecans
Gorgonzola cheese (I used Feta)
diced Granny Smith apples
diced roma tomatoes
top salad with ranch dressing
Candied Pecans: In saucepan combine 1 small bag chopped pecans and 1/4 cup of sugar. On high heat stir constantly until caramelized.
This makes 4 salads
