Candied Chicken

1 lb chicken breast cut into chunks
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c onion (finely chopped)
3/4 c water
1/4 c mustard
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
Mix ingredients together and pour over chicken in an 8x8 pan. Bake at 375 for 45 mins to and hour. Serve over rice.

I double the amount of chicken but not the sauce. I also don't like crunchy onions, so I saute them in a little oil until translucent and then strain them before adding to the sauce.
