Cheesy Creamy Crockpot Potatoes

1-1 1/2 pkgs cubed hashbrowns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 small bunch green onions, sliced
1/2 lb. crumbled bacon (I used about 5 Tbs. real bacon bits)
1 lb. velveta cheese, cubed

Put all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low in the crockpot for 3-4 hours or until potatoes are done.
