Strawberry Trifle

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 C. cold water
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 8 oz. tub of cool whip
1 angel food cake cut in 1/2" cubes
4 C. sliced strawberries
1 whole strawberry

Whisk together sweetened condensed milk and cold water until mixed, then whisk pudding for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or until soft set, fold in the cool whip.

In a 4 quart trifle bowl layer 1/3 of the pudding mixture, then 1/2 the cake, then 1/2 the strawberries. Repeat layers once and top with remaining pudding. Put a dollop of whip cream on the top and place the whole strawberry on it.
