PoppySeed Chicken Over Rice..

~3 Chicken Breasts boiled and shredded
~1 cup Sour Cream
~1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Mix above ing. together and put in casserole dish.
~1 1/2 cup Crushed Ritz Crackers
~ 1 tbs. PoppySeed
~1 cube of Butter
Mix above ing. together & sprinkle on top. Bake @ 350* for 30 min.
Serve over rice.
This recipe is so quick and easy, and everyone loves it!

I know that this has been posted for almost 3 years now but I want to tell you how much I LOVE this recipe, especially the whole cube of butter that goes along with it! I am too lazy to copy it so I just have too look it up every time. But it is so worth it because I get to find new recipes to LOVE!Thanks Han.
