Ham Fried Rice


~ 4 cups of rice ( I use Jasmine)
~1-1 1/2 cup peas
~2 Eggs ( scrambled)
~3 Stalks of celery
~1 Bag of precubed ham
~ 1/2 bundle of green onions
~ 1 small can of water chestnuts
~ *Cashews Optional


Start off by cooking your rice in your rice cooker, early that morning.( You can also do this the night before to save on time) Once the rice is finished, cover and place in the fridge. About a half an hour before dinner, place rice in a large skillet to fry, stirring frequently. Then fry each ingredient seperately and as they finish add them into the rice while still stirring. Occasionally add soy sauce for flavor, and until you reach your wanted color. Add all ingredients together and SERVE! So Easy and Yummy!
