Raspberry Braid


1 loaf bread dough (your favorite recipe) or use Rhodes
Raspberry jam
Cream Cheese Filling(recipe below)
Roll dough out in a greased cookie sheet (I use a small hand held roller) to fill the whole pan. Usind a spatula, cut 1" strips down each side, leaving a solid piece in the center (about 4" wide to spread jam and filling onto). Spread cream cheese filling down the middle and cover with raspberry jam (as much as you would like). Roll the end center piece in and begin folding stips over alternating sides until it is all braided. Cover with a towel for 25 mins to raise. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins. Let cool a little then put more filling on the top. Enjoy!
Cream Cheese Filling:
8 oz. softened cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
