Spinach-Strawberry Salad

Salad:
1 Large Head Romaine Lettuce ( I cut out the large white things)
1 Bag Spinach
1/3 cup cooked bacon pieces
1/2 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
15 Fried Won Tons ( get oil hot, cook on each side about 5 sec)
1 cup candied cashews ( add 6 Tbsp sugar and a little water, stir over low heat until carmelized)

Dressing:
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup strawberry jam
Put all in container and shake well. Add desired dressing right before serving and toss together.
