Spring Dessert



LAYER 1:

Crust:
1 cube butter
1-1/4 c flour
1 c chopped pecans

Mix and bake at 350 for 15-20 min. Cool

Layer 2:
8 oz. Cream cheese
1-1/2 c Cool Whip
1 c powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
pinch of salt
8 drops yellow food coloring
Mix together and spread over cooled first layer.

Layer 3:
2 small pkgs pistacio pudding
3 cups milk
Mix and spread over second layer.

Layer 4
2 c Cool Whip
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
pink food coloring.
Mix and pour over third layer.

Garnish with sliced strawberries. This is a fun dessert in the spring because of the pastel colors.
