CPK Barbeque Chicken Salad

1 lg head of romaine

2 tomatoes chopped

1/4 C cilantro

1 avocado chopped

1/4 C sliced green onions

1/4 C diced red onion

1/2 C shredded cheese

1 can corn

1 can black beans

2 C shredded chicken

lime wedges

ranch dressing (I made mine from a Hidden Valley Ranch packet)

barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray's)

tortilla strips (I found mine at Winco)

Shred cooked chicken in a bowl and add BBQ sauce until lightly coated.

Wash and dry all vegetables. Thinly slice romaine and chop all veggies. Add everything to bowl except tortilla strips, limes, BBQ sauce and dressing. Toss Well. ( I kept mine all separate.)

Serve tossed salad in bowls and drizzle with ranch BBQ sauce. Top with tortilla strips and lime wedges.
