1 lb. fresh green beans
1/2 c. water
2-3 garlic coves, minced
3 Tbs. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
pepper
In a saucepan bring beans and water to a boil, cook 10-15 minutes until crisp-tender. Saute' garlic in butter until it is brown 1 minute, then add beans. Add Salt and pepper to taste.
