Saute:
4 Tbsp. sesame seeds
8 Tbsp. slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. butter
Chop: 1 head cabbage
6-8 green onion (more or less to taste)
Combine all of the above ingredients with 2 packages Ramen noodles broken in to small pieces.
Dressing:
1 1/2 C. olive oil
6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Mix all of the above together and pour over cabbage mixture. Best if chilled overnight.
