Chicken Cordon Bleu

chicken breast
Swiss cheese slices
thin sliced ham
Pound chicken thin, place one slice of Swiss cheese and two slices of ham on top of the chicken breast and roll up as tight as possible. Secure with toothpick. Place in fridge overnight.

Place one package Parmesan cheese croutons in blender or food process and grind up or you can use Parmesan bread crumbs.
Roll chicken in flour, then dip in egg, next roll in crumbs. Brown in oil. Bake cover for 1 hr and 350.

Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 package Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
Warm sauce and serve over chicken.
