Chicken Marinade
1/3 c soy sauce
1/4 c 7-up ( I use coke sometimes)
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 minced garlic clove
I usually marinade for 4-6 hours
1 minced garlic clove
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c apple juice
Saute garlic in oil and add apple juice. Then add,
2 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can chicken broth
Stir and simmer till heated through.
In another saucepan melt 1 cube of butter and 1/4 c flour. Then add:
1/4 c parmesan cheese ( shredded or powder is fine)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c milk
When thickened, add to other pan and blend and simmer until heated and thickened to your choice of consistency. When you combine the pans is takes some time for the oil and sauce to combine.
Cook noodles and top with grilled chicken.
